EveryCafe Go! Mobile App Is Now Available!

We have brought the EveryCafe membership system to mobile. Members can now start a session by scanning a QR code, add balance by credit card, review previous activity and manage their memberships at multiple EveryCafe businesses from a single app.

Your membership system is now integrated with a mobile app

EveryCafe Go! works with your existing EveryCafe membership system. You can transfer the members already registered at your café to the Web Panel in one operation and let them start using the mobile app immediately.

Members do not need to register again. They can sign in to EveryCafe Go! with their existing username and password.

For café owners: start using EveryCafe Go!

You can bring your existing members into EveryCafe Go! in a few simple steps.

1. Register in Web Panel and add your café

First, register in EveryCafe Web Panel as a café owner and add your business.

2. Transfer your members to Web Panel

Open the Members page in EveryCafe Manager and use Transfer to Web Panel to transfer your existing members in one operation.

Transfer complete. Your members can now download EveryCafe Go! and sign in with their existing usernames and passwords.

From this point on, the systems operate in sync. New members who join your café through EveryCafe Go! are transferred to your system, while members you create in EveryCafe Manager are synchronized with Web Panel.

What can members do with EveryCafe Go!?

Start a computer session with a QR code

After signing in to EveryCafe Go!, a member can scan the QR code at a desk and easily start a session on that computer.

As the café owner, you can choose whether QR-started sessions begin immediately or require your approval first.

Top up balance online by credit card

Members can add balance to their accounts with a credit card through EveryCafe Go!, without coming to the café or waiting for a transaction at the main desk. Successful online top-ups are automatically reflected in the member's balance.

As a café owner, you can enable or disable online top-ups, define a minimum top-up amount and set the credit-card transaction fee.

Manage multiple cafés from one app

If a user is a member of more than one EveryCafe business, they do not need separate apps. They can see all joined businesses from one EveryCafe Go! account and manage the balance for each business separately.

Review previous activity

Members can review previous sessions, balance top-ups and account movements in the mobile app.

What does EveryCafe Go! provide for café owners?

Less desk workload: QR sessions and online balance top-ups reduce routine transactions at the main desk.
Automatic balance: successful online payments are automatically reflected in member accounts.
Mobile notifications: you can send members e-mail and mobile notifications through Web Panel.

Each EveryCafe business has its own Café QR Code. After a new user downloads EveryCafe Go! and registers, they can scan your business QR code to add your café to their account. When they make their first balance top-up for your café, a membership record can be created automatically.

Set a special tariff for EveryCafe Go! members

In Web Panel, you can define which tariff applies to members who join your business through EveryCafe Go!. If you wish, create a special tariff only for members coming through the mobile app.

QR session approval: decide whether your approval is required after a QR code is scanned.
Online balance top-up: allow or block top-ups from the mobile app.
Minimum top-up amount: define the minimum amount for one transaction.
Credit-card transaction fee: define the fee and, if desired, pass it on to the user.
Member tariff: select the tariff used by members coming through EveryCafe Go!.
