Does EveryCafe support hourly and night rates?
Yes. In EveryCafe Manager you can define 5 different price labels, apply different rates by day of the week and time range, and create unlimited new rates. The hourly/night-rate feature works with open-ended sessions; Manager must be restarted after changes.
Why can’t I see an announced update yet?
EveryCafe updates are distributed gradually and in a controlled rollout rather than to every user at the same time. If an update is not visible yet, this is usually not a technical problem; new versions are opened to user groups in stages and generally become widely available within about a week.
What should I check if EveryCafe is not updating or is running slowly?
First check that EveryCafe Updater.exe is present in the installation directory. If needed, run Manager as administrator and try the update again. Network connectivity, free disk space, CPU/RAM usage and antivirus checks are also important. For long-running installations, cleaning old reports and data can help reduce database load.
How do I activate an EveryCafe license code?
Copy the license code sent to your email after purchase. In EveryCafe Manager, open Help > License, paste the code into the relevant field and click Add. After the license information is added, close and reopen Manager to complete activation.
Can I create separate cashier accounts for staff?
Yes. You can create cashier users in EveryCafe, give staff separate logins and define access permissions for each user. Cashier management is available under Tools > Options > Cashiers.
