How do I activate an EveryCafe license code?
Copy the license code sent to your email after purchase. In EveryCafe Manager, open Help > License, paste the code into the relevant field and click Add. After the license information is added, close and reopen Manager to complete activation.
Does EveryCafe support hourly and night rates?
Yes. In EveryCafe Manager you can define 5 different price labels, apply different rates by day of the week and time range, and create unlimited new rates. The hourly/night-rate feature works with open-ended sessions; Manager must be restarted after changes.
How can I create a sharing folder in EveryCafe, and what is it used for?
In EveryCafe Manager, you can easily create a sharing folder by using the “Paylaşım Klasörü Oluştur” option under Oturum Ayarları > Stok Ayarları. This folder lets you share inventory images with Client computers, centrally change waiting-screen images, send voice messages to Client desks, and generate the QR codes used to sign in.
