How to Use the EveryCafe QR Menu

With EveryCafe QR Menu, customers can scan the QR code at their table, view your menu and place an order from where they are sitting. Orders are sent to EveryCafe Manager together with the table information.

Step 1. Register for the Web Panel

Create an account in the EveryCafe Web Panel and choose Kafe Sahibi as the account type during registration.

Step 2. Add Your Cafe

After registration, sign in to the Web Panel. Enter your business information in the Kafe Ekle section to add your cafe to the account.

Step 3. Transfer Products to the QR Menu

In EveryCafe Manager, open the stock-tracking section and use QR Menüye Aktar. Product names, prices and images are transferred to your QR menu.

Step 4. Create QR Codes for Tables

On the EveryCafe Manager main screen, right-click a table and open QR Menü Karekod near the bottom of the menu.

You can generate a QR code only for the selected table or generate codes for all tables at once.

Step 5. Edit Your QR Menu

Products transferred from EveryCafe Manager automatically appear in the QR Menu section of the Web Panel.

There you can review products, add product descriptions and present a more detailed menu to customers.

Using QR Menu Codes

QR codes are generated specifically for each table. You can print them and place them on the corresponding tables, including PlayStation tables. Orders are recorded against the table whose QR code was scanned.

Order Notifications

When a customer orders after scanning a table's QR code, the notification on the main computer shows which table sent the order.

SMS Verification

The source states that an SMS-verification option is planned to be added to the system in the near future.

Product Image Quality

Stock images added before EveryCafe Manager 1.0.234 may appear lower quality in QR Menu because the earlier system automatically reduced them to small dimensions.

This system was updated in version 1.0.234. If your images look low quality, re-upload the stock images and transfer the products to QR Menu again.

Off-Site Online Ordering with QR Menu

If you have a payment integration, you can also enable your QR Menu for orders placed outside the cafe.

For off-site orders, payment is collected first and the order is then sent to your business, preventing an order from being created before payment is completed.

You can also configure settings such as a minimum order amount and delivery fee for off-site orders according to your business.
