Off-Premise Online Ordering System

Off-Premise Online Ordering with QR Menu

Open your QR Menu beyond your venue: customers can view products, build an order and complete payment online.

EveryCafe QR Menu can be used not only for table orders inside your business but also for online orders placed outside the venue. Enable off-premise ordering and share the dedicated QR code with customers. Once payment is completed, the order is reported directly to your business through EveryCafe Manager.

Requirement: complete the payment integration first

Before accepting orders from outside the business, an active payment integration must be configured through EveryCafe Web Panel.

This ensures online payment is completed before the customer's order is sent to your business. See the separate payment guide for setup details and supported providers.

Review Online Payment Integration

Step 1: enable your QR Menu for off-premise orders

After completing the payment integration, go to EveryCafe Web Panel → QR Menu, select the relevant business and enable Orders from outside the business.

For off-premise orders, you can define:

  • Delivery / service fee
  • Minimum order amount
  • Credit-card commission rate

These settings let you adapt the online ordering system to your own operating model and costs.

Step 2: use the dedicated QR code for off-premise orders

The QR codes used on tables inside your business and the off-premise ordering QR code are different.

In the QR Menu section of EveryCafe Web Panel, you can preview both your in-venue and off-premise menus. Download the special off-premise QR code and share it on social media, brochures, packaging or any other channel. When a customer scans it, they go directly to your online ordering screen.

Step 3: how does the customer place an order?

The customer scans the off-premise order QR code, opens your QR Menu, selects products and builds a basket.

During checkout they enter the delivery information required for the order:

  • Address
  • E-mail
  • Contact information
  • Order note

After reviewing the order, the customer completes payment online by credit card.

When the order is sent to the business, the customer also receives an information e-mail about the order.

Step 4: after payment, the order reaches EveryCafe Manager

When the customer successfully completes online payment, the order is automatically delivered to your business.

EveryCafe Manager displays a notification on the main screen that a new off-premise order has arrived. Staff can then follow the order in Manager and start preparing it.

Step 5: track online payments in Web Panel

Transaction information for customers placing off-premise online orders is available under EveryCafe Web Panel → Online Payments.

You can review online payments and transaction details there and use this information when creating invoices manually.

Create invoices manually or automatically

You can also manage invoicing for online orders through EveryCafe. Create an invoice manually from the completed payment, or activate the e-Invoice / e-Archive integration so eligible transactions can generate invoices automatically.

This lets you keep ordering, payment and invoicing processes within the same operating flow as much as possible.

Turn your QR Menu into an online ordering channel

Your customer scans the QR code, selects products, enters their information and completes payment. The order reaches EveryCafe Manager, the customer receives an information e-mail and the transaction can be tracked through Web Panel.

Use one dedicated QR code to direct customers to your own online ordering screen.
