EveryCafeFirst, create the folder that will contain the order images and be shared with Clients. Do not create this folder on the drive where Windows is installed, because the folder can be lost if Windows fails.
Right-click the folder you created and open Properties.
In the folder properties, open the PAYLAŞIM section and click the Share button. In the window that opens, select Everyone and click Add.
Set the permission level for Everyone to read-only.
Set the permission level for your own station to read and write, then click Share.
Next, click Advanced Sharing. Open Permissions and set Everyone to read-only there as well, then apply the settings.
In the next step, click Network and select your own station. You should see the shared folder you created.
Open the folder, select the folder path shown at the top and copy it.
Paste that path into the relevant field under Araçlar > Seçenekler > Oturum Ayarları > STOK AYARLARI in EveryCafe Manager and click KAYDET.
From this point onward, when adding stock items, images assigned to products can also be shown to customers on Client. For the order list to display correctly, use 128×128 images.
Please Note
• Product images must be added to the stock card through EveryCafe Manager.
The system works as follows:
• Product images are added to stock items from within EveryCafe Manager.
• Manager automatically copies the added images into the stock folder.
• This folder is shared with Client computers over the network.
• Clients read the images from this shared folder.
Images manually copied into the stock folder are not recognized by the system and may fail to appear on Client or may appear incomplete or incorrectly.
IMPORTANT: FOR THESE IMAGES TO APPEAR ON CLIENTS, YOUR CLIENT VERSION MUST BE AT LEAST 1.0.226.
