KVKK Clarification Notice

1. Data controller and contact

Within the scope of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you may submit your applications and requests for information regarding personal data processes on the EveryCafe website and related digital channels to VISIONTECH SOFTWARE LLC. 2. Personal data that may be processed

• Identity and contact information: first name, last name, email address, and other contact information provided by you.
• Request and support records: communication content, support requests, and information relating to the resolution process.
• Transaction and service usage information: transaction records that may arise during the use of EveryCafe products and services.
• Technical and security information: IP address, device and browser information, traffic, log, and security records.
• Preference information: communication and marketing preferences, if you grant permission.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

• To provide products and services and resolve communication and support requests.
• To ensure account, system, and service security and prevent errors, misuse, and unauthorized access.
• To measure website and product performance, develop services, and improve user experience.
• To fulfill contractual and legal obligations and ensure the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right.
• To conduct informational and marketing communications where explicit consent or other valid legal grounds exist.

4. Collection method and legal grounds

Personal data may be obtained by automated or non-automated means through the website, email, support tools, product interfaces, log records, and other communication channels used by you.

Depending on the specific processing activity, data is processed on legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, such as the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller; and, where necessary, on the basis of explicit consent.

5. Transfer of personal data

Personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary for the provision of the service, with suppliers providing hosting, security, analytics, communication, and technical support services, business partners, and legally authorized public institutions. If data is transferred abroad, the conditions and applicable safeguard mechanisms prescribed in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK shall be followed.

6. Retention periods

Personal data is retained only for the period necessary for the purpose of processing and with due regard to the limitation or retention periods prescribed by the relevant legislation. When the conditions for processing cease to exist, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.

7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about such processing.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose.
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
• To request correction of personal data that is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
• To request deletion or destruction of data where the conditions prescribed by the KVKK are met.
• To request that correction, deletion, or destruction operations be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
• To object to an outcome arising against you as a result of analysis exclusively by automated systems.
• To request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your applications under the KVKK to info@everycafe.com.tr or info@visiontech.consulting, including your request and information that helps verify your identity. Additional verification information may be requested depending on the nature of the application. Applications are evaluated within the procedures and time limits prescribed by applicable legislation.
