EveryCafeEveryCafe includes an item-safekeeping feature.
Follow these steps to add an item left in safekeeping to a station.
Enable the Emanet Ekle Shortcut
• Open Araçlar > Seçenekler.
• Go to Kısayol Butonları.
• Find the Emanet Ekle option with the bell icon and enable it by moving it to the right side.
Define an Item and Add It to a Station
• Click the Emanet Ekle shortcut you enabled to define the types of items you want to track.
Items you add remain permanently available as options in the system.
• To add an item to a station, select the station, click the Emanet Ekle shortcut in the top menu and select the relevant item from the list.
• After this operation, the log area at the bottom displays a message similar to: “Masa-01’e Emanet eklendi. 1 Adet Şarj Aleti 2026-02-04 10:45”.
• If an item was added by mistake, double-click the station and delete the incorrect entry from the Emanet section on the payment screen.
Session Closing and Return Process
• When the station session is closed, an information screen automatically appears if there are items still recorded as being held.
• Once the item has been returned, right-click the relevant station and select Teslim edildi.
