EveryCafeImportant Prerequisite
To use this feature, you must first create a Shared Folder and add its path to the field under Araçlar > Seçenekler > Oturum Ayarları > Stok Ayarları.

With the new Sesli Mesaj Oluştur panel added to EveryCafe Manager, you can create your own voice announcements and send them to Client computers.
This feature is available from the Sesli Mesaj Oluştur panel under Araçlar > Seçenekler.
What You Can Do in the Voice Message Creation Panel
• Add an existing audio file from your computer to the system.
• Record your own voice and create a new voice message.
• Set and edit the name of the audio file you add or record.
• Play and stop the audio file.
• Choose an icon for each message.
When You Click Ekle
The prepared audio file is automatically added to the shared folder and becomes available to send to Client computers.
If you select Bu ses dosyası menüye eklensin while creating or editing the audio file, that voice message is added to the station right-click menu so it can be sent to Client computers more quickly.
Voice Message Management
You can manage the audio files you add from the list.
Right-clicking an audio file shows the following options:
• Düzenle
• Menüye Ekle
• Menüden Çıkar
• Sil
This lets you update voice messages, add them to the menu or remove them whenever you want.
Important Note
For changes to voice messages to appear in the right-click menu on the station management screen, close and reopen EveryCafe Manager.
Sending to Clients
When you right-click any open station, you will now see the Sesli Mesaj Gönder option.
The voice messages you previously created and added to the system are listed there. After choosing a message, you are given two sending options:
• Seçili Olana Gönder
The voice message is sent only to the station you right-clicked.
• Tüm Açık Masalara Gönder
The same voice message is sent to all stations that are open at that moment.
As soon as you make the selection, the voice notification plays on the relevant Client computer or computers and the message is delivered directly to the user.
With this structure, you can:
• Make general venue announcements with one click.
• Send a warning to a specific station.
• Make professional announcements without staff having to visit stations one by one.
Supported Audio Formats
The voice message feature supports MP3 and WAV formats.
Some MP3 files may be incompatible. If this occurs, convert the audio file to WAV and try again.
Example Audio Files
The help archive includes example voice messages that can be downloaded and used directly:
• General warning announcement.
• Follow the rules warning announcement.
• Please do not shout warning announcement.
• Play without swearing warning announcement.
