EveryCafeYou can easily change the waiting-screen image in EveryCafe.
Your Manager version must be at least 1.0.228, and your Client version must be at least 1.0.233.
These versions introduced a new feature for managing waiting-screen images.
Below are two different methods you can use.
Method 1 — Recommended and Easiest
This is the fastest and most practical method. It lets you manage waiting-screen images from one place and send them immediately to all Client computers.
You can see the change without restarting the Clients.
To use this method, first create a shared folder on your computer.

After creating the shared folder, right-click the station whose waiting-screen image you want to change.
From the menu, use Yönetim → Bekleme Ekranı Görsel Ekle. You can:
• Change only the waiting-screen image of the selected station.
• Or update the waiting-screen images of all open computers at once.
This method makes waiting-screen image management much faster and easier.
Method 2 — For Businesses Not Using a Shared Folder
If you are not using a shared folder, you can change the waiting-screen image manually.
Follow these steps:
• Make sure the image you want to use is in JPG format.
• Rename the image to DesktopImage1.jpg.
• Copy it into the DesktopView folder inside the EveryCafe Client installation directory.
• Restart the Client computers.
After the computers restart, you will see that the waiting-screen wallpaper has changed.
