Why Is the Update Not Showing for Me?

At EveryCafe, we release new updates through a defined process so we can provide a more reliable and trouble-free experience.

Users who follow our update announcements may sometimes notice that an announced update is not yet visible on their systems. This article explains why that happens and how our update distribution process works.

First, if an announced update is not yet visible to you, this usually does not mean there is a technical problem.

EveryCafe updates are distributed gradually according to a plan rather than being released to every user at the same time.

Why Do We Release Updates Gradually?

We do not make EveryCafe updates available to all users in a single step. Instead, we distribute them in a controlled and gradual way. The main reason is to prevent a possible issue from affecting a large number of users.

For example:

• A new feature may have been added.

• Performance improvements may have been made.

• An important bug may have been fixed.

Although our updates go through extensive testing before release, there are thousands of different businesses and usage scenarios, so some situations can appear only in real-world environments.

For this reason, we initially make an update available to a limited number of users and closely monitor feedback. If no issue is detected, the update is opened to more users in stages and is generally made available to everyone within about one week.

How Do I Know When the Update Is Available to Me?

When an update becomes active for you, EveryCafe Manager will display an update notification when you open the application. You can complete the update through that notification.

If you open EveryCafe Manager and do not see an update notification:

• It does not mean there is a problem with your computer.

• You do not need to uninstall and reinstall the program.

• It does not mean there is a problem with your database or license.

In most cases, it simply means the update has not yet been opened to your user group.

What Should I Do?

You only need to wait.

There is no need to take an additional action or reinstall the program. When the update becomes active for you, EveryCafe Manager will notify you automatically.

What Do We Specify in Update Announcements?

In our announcements, we try to clearly state whether the update is for:

• EveryCafe Manager,

• EveryCafe Client,

• or both applications.

When reading an announcement, we therefore recommend checking which component the update applies to.

Conclusion

If an update has been announced but is not yet visible on your system, there is no need to worry. It usually means the update has not yet been enabled for you.

By distributing updates in a controlled way, EveryCafe aims to identify possible issues early and provide a more stable experience to all users.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
