What Is Ticket Sales and How Is It Used?

With EveryCafe’s new-generation ticket system, staff workload can be reduced while revenue becomes more controllable.

To create tickets, open Bilet Ayarları under Araçlar > Seçenekler, assign the ticket amounts you want to sell to the buttons, configure printer settings and save.

When a customer who purchased a ticket sits at a station, the amount loaded on the ticket is calculated according to that station’s tariff and converted into usage time.

Customers can buy another ticket to extend their time.

Members can also use tickets from customer stations, or Clients, to add balance to their own accounts.

The system is designed to address situations such as:

• Customers using a station and then saying they do not have enough money, forgot their wallet or lost their money.

• Arguments over small differences in the amount shown on the station and the final charge.

• Customers leaving without paying.

• Customers creating debt.

• A customer opening another session at a different station while an existing session is still active.

• Partial ticket usage helping maintain customer continuity.

• Requests to pause a station while a customer leaves temporarily, for example for a cigarette break.

And similar operational issues.
