Beko 300TR Wired POS Integration
EveryCafe Internet Cafe Management System installation guide. This guide covers the application, cable connection, driver installation, device settings and EveryCafe configuration required to use a Beko 300TR wired POS device with EveryCafe.
1. Integrator Application and Purchase Process
To activate the hardware integration, purchase the wired integration product through TokenINC AppStore and select Every Cafe as the integrator company during the application.
Application Steps
- Open one of the official application channels:
- Select Every Cafe in the Integrator Company field.
- Add the required wired integration product to the cart.
- Continue with Confirm Cart.
- Create an account with the business information through the Sign Up step.
- Enter the Mali ID shown on the back of the device correctly.
- Complete the application and payment to start service activation.
Mali ID information: the Mali ID is located on the back of the device. Incorrect entry can delay activation and integration. If needed, contact the ÖKC Call Center at 0850 250 0767.
Service Activation
For a device whose payment is complete, service activation is generally defined remotely within 1–3 business days. TokenINC / Beko working hours are 08:00–17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and religious holidays. The ÖKC Solution Center opens a service record and the authorized service supplies the integration cable once during the first installation.

2. Cable Connections and Driver Installation
For the device to communicate with the computer running EveryCafe, connect the integration cable correctly and install the TokenX Connect (Wired) Driver Setup Tool.
- The integration cable is supplied once by the authorized service during the initial installation.
- Connect the RJ12 end to the RS232 input underneath the cradle.
- Connect the USB-A end to the computer running EveryCafe.
- Confirm that the device is seated correctly in the cradle and that the red light visible in the MSR area indicates connection.
Driver Installation Steps
- Open the TokenX Connect Quick Start Guide.
- Download the current TokenX Connect (Wired) Driver Setup Tool.
- Extract the downloaded archive to a folder.
- Run the setup file in that folder and complete installation.
- Keep the computer connected to the internet during installation.
- After installation, connect the device to the computer with the integration cable.

3. Enable External Device Mode on the Cash Register
Enable External Device Mode so the Beko 300TR can listen for commands from EveryCafe.
Settings on the Device
- From the main screen, open Menu → Settings → External Device Mode.
- External Device Mode is located at the bottom of the menu.
- Select GMP3.
- Then select TOKENX CONNECT.
- Press Save.
- The device restarts automatically and becomes ready for integration.
- When External Device Mode is active, a frame icon appears at the top right of the screen.
- When communication with the computer is established, a check mark appears inside the frame icon.
- For EveryCafe transactions, keep the POS device on its main sales screen.
Important: if TOKENX CONNECT is not selected in External Device Mode, the device may not accept commands from EveryCafe.
4. EveryCafe Panel Settings
After cable connection, driver installation and device configuration are complete, configure the POS settings in EveryCafe under Araçlar > Seçenekler > POS Entegrasyonları > BEKO.
Configuration Details
- Device Model: select 300TR.
- Payment Result Waiting Time: defines how many seconds EveryCafe waits for the payment response before cancelling the request for safety.
- Department and VAT Mapping: map POS department numbers to the relevant EveryCafe sales items and VAT configuration.
- Retrieve Department Information: use Pos'tan kısım bilgisini çek to read current department names and VAT rates from the POS.
- Press Save after all settings are complete.

5. Usage and Final Test
When an account is closed or Hesap Kes is pressed in EveryCafe, the amount is sent automatically to the Beko 300TR. After payment is approved, the device prints the fiscal receipt and the transaction is completed as paid in EveryCafe. During the test, confirm that the POS is on its main sales screen, the driver is installed and the connection icon shows a check mark.
6. Transaction Verification and Sample Receipt
After the POS approves a transaction sent by EveryCafe, basket details can be separated on the receipt according to the mapped departments and VAT rates. Session usage can appear as Oturum and additional products as Sipariş. For example, the session may use 20% VAT and order products 10% VAT.
