With the HUGIN S1 cash-register POS integrated into EveryCafe, payment transactions can be completed directly on the POS device. This guide explains how to connect the HUGIN S1 to EveryCafe and how to obtain the required information.

Important: the HUGIN S1 must have a working network connection and must be on the same network as the EveryCafe main computer.

1. POS Integration Settings Screen

In EveryCafe Manager, open Araçlar → Seçenekler → Entegrasyon → POS Entegrasyonu → HUGİN S1. Complete all fields, enable POS Entegrasyonu Aktif and press Kaydet. Payments can then be sent through the POS device.

2. Meaning of the Settings Fields

İşletme Vergi No: your business tax number.

Ana Masa Mac Adresi: the physical address of the Manager PC.

Cihaz Seri No: the unique serial number of the device.

Cihaz IP Adresi: the device IP on the local network.

Port: communication port number.

İşlem Bekleme Süresi: countdown before a transaction is cancelled.

KDV Oranları: VAT values for Oturum, Sipariş, Yazıcı and USB.

3. Business Tax Number

Enter your business tax number directly in the business tax number field.

4. How to Find the Main Computer MAC Address

1. Open EveryCafe Manager.
2. Open Araçlar → Seçenekler.
3. Open IP Tercihleri from the left menu.
4. Read the main computer's address from the Mac Adresi field.
5. Enter that value in the HUGIN S1 Ana Masa Mac Adresi field.

5. HUGIN S1 Device IP Address and Port

When the HUGIN S1 is ready, it displays its connection address. The source example is https://192.168.1.110:4443. In that example, enter 192.168.1.110 as the IP and 4443 as the port. Use the values shown by your own device.

6. How to Find the HUGIN S1 Device Serial Number

1. Enter the address displayed on the device in a browser on the computer.
2. Find the Device Serial field on the information screen.
3. Copy that number into the corresponding field in EveryCafe.

7. How to Enter VAT Rates

Set the VAT rates for Oturum, Sipariş, Yazıcı and USB according to the structure of your business. The values entered here are used by EveryCafe Manager when processing integrated payments.

8. How to Test the Connection

After entering all required information, press Bağlantı Testi. A successful test displays API durumu SUCCESS.

9. Activate POS Integration

After completing the settings, enable POS Entegrasyonu Aktif and press Kaydet.

10. How the Payment Transaction Works

When an account is closed, the amount is sent automatically to the POS. When the card transaction is completed, EveryCafe automatically closes and finalizes the sale.
