INPOS M530 Computer Pairing Guide

EveryCafe – inPOS ÖKC Integration Installation Guide

Step-by-step integration and configuration guide for preparing and pairing an INPOS M530 before using EveryCafe POS Integration.

Requirements

Before starting the integration, make sure the following conditions are met:

  • You must have purchased the annual inPOS ÖKC package.
  • The POS device must be connected to your network with an Ethernet (LAN) cable.
  • An External EKÜ (electronic recording unit) must be installed in the POS device.
  • The POS device must be connected to its charger.

⚠️ Important Information

Because the POS device belongs to inPOS, device installation, network settings, license updates and device-originated technical problems must be handled by inPOS or the authorized service that installed the device.

EveryCafe's role in this process:

  • Provide activation of the 1-year ÖKC license.
  • Provide the Session Key and Application Number information.
  • Provide the GMP3 application.

EveryCafe does not intervene in device installation, network configuration or hardware/device-originated errors outside these items.

Pre-installation Status

Purchase the ÖKC Package and Wait for License Activation

Purchase the annual inPOS ÖKC package. Then send the device serial number on the back of the POS, beginning with SD00, to EveryCafe live support. EveryCafe activates the device's 1-year inPOS ÖKC license and sends an information email when activation is complete. Continue with installation only after receiving that email.

Installation Steps

1. Check the Device Network Connection

Remove the rear cover of the POS device, connect the LAN cable and open Ayarlar → Ağ → Bağlantı Bilgileri. Confirm that the device has obtained an IP address. If no IP appears, check the network or contact the installer.

2. Confirm Communication Between the Main Computer and POS

The POS and EveryCafe main computer must be on the same network.

  • If the main computer uses dynamic IP, the POS can also use dynamic IP.
  • If the main computer uses static IP, using static IP on the POS is recommended.
  • Make sure both devices use the same gateway.

On the main computer, open Command Prompt and run ping 192.168.1.120 using the actual POS IP.

  • A reply such as Reply from [IP]: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128 indicates that communication is working.
  • Destination host unreachable or Request timed out indicates a network or IP configuration problem.

This communication test is critical for reliable integration.

3. Download the License Update to the Device

To let the POS receive its license information:

  • Take a Z Report.
  • Open the administrator menu.
  • Open Ayarlar → Sistem ve Parametre Güncelleme.
  • Start the update process.

The device downloads the license information automatically. Problems before this stage are generally related to the POS or network infrastructure and should be handled by inPOS or the installation service.

4. Open the Service Screen on the POS

Open Servis from the device main menu.

5. Send the Session ID to EveryCafe

The Service screen displays an Oturum ID. Send it to EveryCafe live support so a device-specific Session Key can be generated.

6. Enter the Session Key on the Device

Enter the Session Key supplied by EveryCafe live support into the POS device. After the operation completes, continue to the next step.

7

Open the Pairing Menu on the POS Device

On the POS, open Diğer → Harici Uygulamalar → Uygulama Eşle.

8

Enter Pairing Information on the POS

Fill in the pairing screen as follows and wait on that screen without proceeding:

  • IP: IP address of the main computer.
  • Port: 59000.
  • Uygulama No: supplied by EveryCafe support.
  • Cihaz Sicil No: registration number printed on the back of the POS device.

9

Obtain the GMP3 Application

EveryCafe support provides the GMP3 application through Live Support. Run inposgmp3.exe from the supplied files on the main computer.

10

Enter the GMP3 Information

Complete the required fields in the GMP3 application:

GMP3 device pairing information
Port59000
Uygulama NoProvided by EveryCafe support
Cihaz Sicil NoThe registration number on the back of the POS device

11

Pair the Device

Start the pairing process on the POS first, then press Cihaz Eşle in the GMP3 application. If Eşleştirme Başarılı appears, installation is complete and the device can be used from EveryCafe's POS Integration screen.

❌ Common Errors

1. External EKÜ Is Not Active

This means the device does not have an External EKÜ or it is not active. External EKÜ is mandatory for GMP3 integrations. Contact an authorized inPOS service to obtain and install it.

2. Pairing with External Application Failed (Error: 2015)

This error is generally related to the network. Check:

  • The network cable connected to the POS and the main computer's network connection.
  • Switch and modem connections.
  • That both devices are on the same network and the ping test succeeds.

3. Invalid License / No Network Connection

If these errors occur during parameter update, check the device IP, gateway and DNS information.

  • If static IP is used, verify the values; if possible, try dynamic IP (DHCP).
  • Run the parameter update again; if the problem continues, contact authorized inPOS service.

4. POS Error 2012 / GMP3 Pairing Error 1012

This can appear after step 11. The POS may show Harici uygulama ile eşleştirme yapılamadı Hata: 2012 while GMP3 shows Eşleme Hatası: 1012. The source identifies a weak battery or the device not being connected to power as the cause. Connect the INPOS M530 to its charger, ensure sufficient battery level and repeat pairing.

5. POS Error 3012 / GMP3 Pairing Error 1012

In this scenario GMP3 may briefly show Eşleme Hatası: 1012, while the POS remains on the external-application pairing message before eventually reporting Hata: 3012. The source identifies Windows Firewall or active antivirus software blocking device-to-device network communication and ports as the likely cause. Temporarily disable the relevant protection and retry pairing.

☎️ Support Information

For device installation, network settings and license-update problems, contact the inPOS Authorized Service or the technical service that installed the device. For IP settings and communication between the main computer and POS, the source recommends contacting the cafe installer.
