Beko X30TR Wired POS Integration
EveryCafe Internet Cafe Management System installation guide. This document covers the application, cabling, driver installation, device-side application selection and EveryCafe configuration required for a Beko X30TR wired POS device.
1. Integrator Application and Purchase Process
Purchase the wired integration product through TokenINC AppStore and select Every Cafe as the integrator company during the application.
Application Steps
- Open one of the official application channels:
- Select Every Cafe in the Integrator Company field.
- Add the wired integration product to the cart.
- Continue with Confirm Cart.
- Create an account with the business information through Sign Up.
- Enter the Mali ID located on the back of the device or under the main battery.
- Complete the application and payment to start the service activation process.
Mali ID information: the Mali ID is located on the back of the device or under the main battery. Incorrect information may delay activation and integration.
Service Activation
Service activation is defined remotely within 1–3 business days after payment. TokenINC / Beko working hours are 08:00–17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and religious holidays.

2. Cable Connections and Driver Installation
For the X30TR to communicate with the computer running EveryCafe, connect it correctly and install the TokenX Connect (Wired) Driver Setup Tool. The source guide requires the EveryCafe computer to use a genuine licensed Windows 10 or newer installation.
- The wired integration does not work while the X30TR is seated on its cradle. Do not use the device on the charging cradle during wired integration.
- Connect the original X30TR cable to the Type-C (USB-C) port on the left side of the device.
- Connect the USB-A end to the computer running EveryCafe.
Driver Installation Steps
- Open the TokenX Connect Quick Start Guide.
- Download the current TokenX Connect (Wired) Driver Setup Tool.
- Extract the downloaded archive to a folder.
- Run the setup file and complete the driver installation.
- Make sure the computer is connected to the internet during installation.
- After installation, connect the POS device to the computer with the integration cable.

3. Select the Integration Application on the Cash Register
The integration application must be opened on the Beko X30TR so it can listen for commands from EveryCafe.
Settings on the Device
- From the device home screen, open Menu.
- Select Sales Applications.
- Select TokenX Connect Application (Wired).
- Keep the device on this screen while it waits for commands from the computer.
- When the integration is connected and ready, the device should display “Sepet bekleniyor…”.
- If communication with the computer has not been established, it may display “Bağlantı bekleniyor…”.
- If the cable disconnects and is reconnected, verify that “Sepet Bekleniyor” appears again.
Important: if the device is not on the TokenX Connect application screen, it may not accept EveryCafe commands and a connection error may occur.
4. EveryCafe Panel Settings
After cable connection, driver setup and device-side application selection, open Araçlar > Seçenekler > POS Entegrasyonları > BEKO X30TR.
Configuration Details
- Device Model: select X30TR.
- Payment Result Waiting Time: defines how many seconds EveryCafe waits for payment approval before cancelling the request for safety.
- Department and VAT Mapping: map the POS department numbers to the corresponding EveryCafe sales items.
- Department Information: use Pos'tan kısım bilgisini çek to retrieve department names and VAT rates from the POS where applicable.
- Press Save after completing all settings. A VAT department configured as 0 on the POS remains a device-side tax setting; use the department mapping shown on your own device.

5. Usage and Final Test
When an account is closed or Hesap Kes is pressed, EveryCafe sends the amount automatically to the Beko X30TR. After payment approval, the device prints the fiscal receipt and EveryCafe completes the transaction as paid. During the test, keep the device on the “Sepet bekleniyor…” screen and confirm that the driver is working.
6. Transaction Verification and Sample Receipt
When the POS approves the transaction, basket details are reflected on the receipt according to the mapped departments and VAT rates. The X30TR basket supports up to 150 line items. Session usage can be listed under Oturum and additional products under Sipariş; for example, the session may use 20% VAT and order products 10% VAT.
