How to Configure EveryCafe POS Integration

EveryCafe POS Integration (INPOS M530)

With EveryCafe's POS Integration, supported POS devices can be connected to EveryCafe so payment transactions can be completed faster and more easily. Before starting, the source guide requires an active ÖKC Integration Package.

Device Pairing

Before configuring POS integration, pair the POS device with the computer. If pairing has not been completed, follow the INPOS M530 Computer Pairing Guide.

Configuring the POS Settings

After pairing, complete the fields on the POS Integration screen. The Cihaz Seri No, Ana Masa IP Adresi, Port and İşlem Bekleme Süresi values must be entered correctly for reliable communication between the POS device and EveryCafe.

  • Cihaz Seri No: the serial number printed on the back of the POS device.
  • Ana Masa IP Adresi: the IP address of the main computer running EveryCafe Manager.
  • Port: the communication port. The source states that 59000 is normally used.
  • İşlem Bekleme Süresi: after Hesap Kes sends the transaction, the payment must be completed on the POS within this period. If it is not completed in time, the transaction is cancelled automatically and Hesap Kes must be pressed again to resend it.

Department Numbers and VAT Mapping

For correct VAT calculation, map the POS device's Kısım Numaraları to the EveryCafe Oturum, Sipariş, Yazıcı and USB fields. Configure the required VAT rate for each department on the POS, then enter those department numbers in EveryCafe so each category is processed with its own rate and printed correctly on the receipt.

Steps for configuring department and VAT values on the POS:

  1. Sign out of the currently open user.
  2. Sign in to the administrator account with password 1234.
  3. Open Programlama → Kısımlar and list the configured departments.
  4. Select the department whose name or VAT rate you want to change, for example Kısım 3.
  5. Select the VAT option shown for that department, for example %20.00.
  6. Select the new VAT rate from the list and complete the change.

Then enter the department numbers in the Oturum, Sipariş, USB and Yazıcı fields on the EveryCafe POS Integration screen and press Kaydet.

The Entegrasyon Aktif checkbox lets the operator enable integrated payments or disable the integration and continue taking payments manually.

After entering the information, use Bağlantı Testi to test the connection.

If the Connection Test Fails

If the test fails, recheck the IP address, port and device pairing. If Windows Firewall is active, TCP port 59000 must be allowed.

Completing a Payment

When Hesap Kes is pressed on the payment screen, EveryCafe automatically sends the amount to the POS. The customer completes the payment after the amount appears on the device. When the POS returns approval, the result is reflected in EveryCafe and the account is closed within seconds.

Supported POS Models

At the time of this historical source, integration was available only for INPOS M530 and HUGIN S1.

Integration work for other POS models such as Beko, Verifone and Ingenico was continuing and was planned for future updates.

With POS integration, payment transactions can be completed more quickly and with fewer errors, making payment operations easier to manage in the business.
