Central tracking for PlayStation cafe operations

When the venue fills in the evening, checking each table in person is difficult. New customers arrive while other tables are nearing the end of their sessions. Staff need one screen showing which PlayStation tables are free, active, or about to finish.

EveryCafe Manager brings PlayStation table management into the central checkout view. Staff can track tables, time, and sessions and direct arrivals without leaving the till.

Match each PlayStation table to the right device

A station labeled “Table 8” may include a console, display, and several controllers. If its system record points to another device, staff can start time on the wrong table or add it to the wrong bill.

During setup, match console and display details with the correct PlayStation table record. Using familiar table names instead of technical device names makes handovers clearer.

Manage tables, time, and sessions from checkout

When a customer asks for an hour, staff start a one-hour session for that table and extend the same record if needed. Start time, remaining time, and table remain visible centrally, without paper notes or verbal reminders.

During a busy shift, staff need to see every table’s status at a glance. Seeing time running down makes it easier to ask whether the customer will continue and to prepare a closed table for its next session.

Ordering at console tables without a Client screen

PC customers can use the Client order screen. PlayStation tables often have no EveryCafe Client, so customers may need to leave the game, call a passing employee, or wait for a suitable moment to order.

In a crowded venue, verbal orders and table numbers are easily confused. Staff must note and relay the table separately, creating work even when session tracking is orderly.

Ordering from a PlayStation table with QR Menu

A QR code assigned to each table lets customers open QR Menu on their own phones, browse, and order without a Client screen.

There is no direct technical integration between QR Menu and the PlayStation device. The table-specific QR code makes the match. Scanning Table 12’s code sends the order with that table information, so staff do not need to ask again.

Session and order tracking in daily operations

A kitchen order may arrive while a session continues. Rather than treating them as two disconnected tasks, teams follow both through the correct table: front-desk staff track the session time, and service sees the destination.

Shared table names simplify communication. “Table 12” replaces “the TV on the right” for extensions, checkout, and delivery. EveryCafe Manager keeps sessions central while QR Menu gives customers at tables without EveryCafe Client a phone-based order channel.
