You can easily change the image shown on the EveryCafe waiting screen. To use this feature, your Manager version must be at least 1.0.228 and your Client version must be at least 1.0.233.

These versions introduced a new feature for managing waiting-screen images. Below are two different methods you can use to change the waiting-screen image.

1. Method — Recommended and Easiest

This is the fastest and most practical method. It lets you manage waiting-screen images from one place and send the change immediately to all client computers. You can see the new image without restarting the clients.

To use this method, first create a sharing folder on your computer. You can follow the EveryCafe sharing-folder guide for the step-by-step setup.

After the sharing folder is ready, right-click the desk whose waiting-screen image you want to change.

From the menu, use Yönetim → Bekleme Ekranı Görsel Ekle. With this option you can:

• change the waiting-screen image only for the selected desk, or
• update the waiting-screen images of all open computers at once.

This method makes waiting-screen image management much faster and easier.

2. Method — For Users Without a Sharing Folder

If you do not use a sharing folder, you can also change the waiting-screen image manually.

Follow these steps:

1. Make sure the image you want to use for the waiting screen is in JPG format.
2. Rename the image to DesktopImage1.jpg.
3. Copy the image into the DesktopView folder inside the EveryCafe Client installation directory.
4. Restart the client computers.

When the computers start again, the waiting-screen wallpaper will have changed.
