With EveryCafe Cloud Backup, you can securely store your business data in your Google Drive account, back it up automatically at times you choose and restore it easily when needed.

Connect Your Google Drive Account

To use cloud backup, first connect your Google Drive account to EveryCafe Manager.

In the Google Drive section, click Google Drive'a Bağlan. Select the account you want to use in the Google page opened in your browser and grant the required permission.

When authorization is complete, return to EveryCafe Manager. If the connection succeeded, the status is shown as Bağlandı.

Manual Backup

You can create a cloud backup immediately whenever you want. Click Yedekle in the Google Drive section. EveryCafe prepares your data and uploads it to the EveryCafe backup area in your Google Drive account. You can follow the upload on the progress bar and, when it finishes, see the date and result of the latest backup.

Automatic Backup

You do not need to create every backup manually. Enable Otomatik yedeklemeyi etkinleştir so EveryCafe can create backups for you regularly.

Daily automatic backup: a new backup is created every day at the time you specify and uploaded to your Google Drive account.

Note: Daily automatic backup works only while EveryCafe Manager is running. If the program is closed at the configured time, the backup cannot be taken at that moment; it is taken when the application is opened.

Restore a Cloud Backup

You can restore EveryCafe backups either from within the application or with the separate Yedekten Geri Yükle tool outside the application.

Restore from within the application

If EveryCafe Manager is open, start the restore operation from the backup section. Both local backups on your computer and your cloud backups can be used there.

Restore without opening the application

You can also use the Yedekten Geri Yükle tool without opening EveryCafe Manager. Select a local backup or continue with Bulut Yedeğinden Geri Yükle.

When restoring from a cloud backup, connect to your Google Drive account and view the available backups. Backups are listed with date, EveryCafe version and file-size information. Select the backup you want and start the restore.

After downloading the EveryCafe backup file and completing the required checks, the restore operation is performed.

Important: The backup and EveryCafe Manager versions must match.

To restore a backup file, the EveryCafe Manager version in which the backup was created must be the same as the EveryCafe Manager version used for the restore.

For example, a backup created in version 1.0.234 must be restored to EveryCafe Manager 1.0.234. Restoring between different versions may cause problems because the data structure can change.
