EveryCafe Performance Monitoring System

EveryCafe Performance Monitoring System

With the renewed EveryCafe Performance Monitoring system, performance tracking has been moved to a dedicated management screen, the settings have been reorganized and support for a much wider range of hardware has been added.

CPU, RAM, GPU and disk data can now be monitored on many more systems, including a broader range of Intel and AMD processors.

Enable Performance Monitoring

Open Araçlar → Seçenekler → Performans Ayarları. When you enable Performans takibi yapılsın, the system starts collecting and evaluating performance data from the computers at your tables.

Set Warning and Protection Thresholds

Because every business uses different hardware and operates under different conditions, you can define threshold values for your own systems.

Two different thresholds can be set according to temperature for CPU, GPU and disk, and according to usage percentage for RAM.

Warning Threshold: indicates the level that should be checked.

Protection Threshold: indicates the level that the system should treat as critical.

The states and indicators on the Performance screen are updated automatically according to the values you define.

Customize the Gauge Bars

You can choose whether the gauge bars in the performance list operate according to usage percentage or temperature. This lets you adapt the Performance screen to the way your business monitors its computers.

Warning Notifications

You can enable audible notifications in the warning options. When a table exceeds the warning threshold you defined, EveryCafe displays a notification and recommends checking the relevant computer.

Automatic Protection in Critical Conditions

When the configured protection threshold is exceeded, EveryCafe can automatically apply the action you selected.

For example, if the processor or graphics-card temperature rises above the critical level you defined, you can have the relevant computer shut down automatically.

Adjust the List View

You can also change the height of the table rows on the Performance screen, creating a more compact or more spacious list depending on your screen resolution.

The New Performance Screen

A dedicated Performance tab has been added to the EveryCafe Manager main screen. You can monitor the overall condition of all computers in your business from one place.

The top section shows Total, Healthy, Warning, Critical, Offline and Overall Health information.

Quick Filtering by Status

The status cards at the top also work as filters. For example, if your business has 55 tables and 3 of them are in Warning status, clicking the Warning card displays only those 3 computers.

Monitor All Tables in Real Time

For every table, the performance list can display overall health, CPU usage and temperature, RAM usage, GPU usage and temperature, disk status and the time of the most recently received performance data. Gauge bars make it easy to review system status quickly.

Select a Table and View Its Details

When you select any computer in the list, detailed information for that table is shown at the bottom of the screen.

The screen clearly explains why the system is in Healthy, Warning or Critical status. The gauges in the detail screen always use temperature values as their basis.

The selected computer's hardware and storage information can also be reviewed in separate sections.

The hardware section displays the operating system, processor, memory (RAM), graphics card, motherboard, BIOS and EveryCafe Client information for the selected computer.
