How Does the EveryCafe Thermal Printer System Work?

EveryCafe can automatically print kitchen or order tickets for orders created from Client computers, the main desk and QR Menu.

Important: A ticket is printed only when thermal printing is enabled both for the relevant order source and for the ordered product.

1. Enable thermal printing for the order source

Open Seçenekler → Oturum Ayarları → Sipariş Ayarları. Enable Sipariş verilince termal yazıcıdan çıktı al for the order sources you want to print: Client, Ana Masa and/or QR Menü.

The same screen lets you choose the printer, paper width, text size and ticket template.

2. Enable thermal printing for each product

Open the product in the stock screen and enable Termal yazıcıdan çıktı al. Only products with this option enabled are included on the order ticket.

Which orders print a ticket?

  • Orders added to a table or active session
  • Orders placed from a Client computer
  • Accepted orders from QR Menu

Which operations do not print an order ticket?

According to the source guide, direct sales do not create a thermal order ticket. Offline orders for a member without an active session also do not create one.

Ticket sales use separate printer settings

The ticket-sales receipt system is configured independently. A separate printer and template can be defined under the ticket settings.

If no ticket is printed

  1. 1. Check that thermal printing is enabled for the order source.
  2. 2. Check that Termal yazıcıdan çıktı al is enabled on the product.
  3. 3. Confirm that the correct printer is selected.
  4. 4. Confirm that the printer is online and available in Windows.
  5. 5. Confirm that the order came from a table, active session, Client or QR Menu.

After configuration, use the Test Et button described in the source guide to test the printer.
