• Performance-enhancing optimization was carried out.
• An option was added to hide timed-session buttons on the Client side when a business wanted customers to use only unlimited sessions or did not want to show specific timed-session buttons.

• A feature was added to reopen the most recently closed session and continue it, especially allowing incorrectly closed sessions to resume from where they left off.

• A feature was added to pause sessions on desks whose connection to management was lost.
• For paused sessions, an option was added to decide whether the elapsed waiting time would be added to the bill when the session resumed.
