Features Added with EveryCafe Manager Version 1.0.220 and Client Version 1.0226

A New Era for Kitchen and Ordering

• The ability to add a bulk order to a table from either the main computer or the Client was added. Customers can also enter details about the order to be sent to you.

You can now present these order images to customers as large images.

To do this, you need to share a folder created on the main computer with the Clients.

The sharing permissions for this folder must be configured as follows.

Main computer: Read and Write permission

Client tables: Read-only permission

Enter the path of the shared folder in the relevant field under Araçlar > Seçenekler > Oturum Ayarları > Stok Ayarları on the main computer.

• After an order is placed and approved on the main computer, it is added to the table. At the same time, both the order contents and any note entered for the order are printed as an order slip from the connected thermal printer.

For orders and their notes to be printed on the thermal printer, make sure the option to print from the thermal printer when an order is placed is enabled under Araçlar > Seçenekler > Oturum Ayarları > Sipariş Ayarları, and make sure your thermal-printer settings are configured.

• Products with defined barcodes can now be added to tables more easily with a barcode reader. After selecting the table, even when adding multiple orders it is enough to scan each product barcode for the orders to be added immediately. The requirement to press Enter was removed.

• A technical-support button was added to the Client. Customers who need technical support can request it without calling staff, and the request is immediately shown as a warning box at the lower right of the Manager program on the main computer.

• For easier use, ticket numbers and passwords generated by the ticket system now consist only of 6-digit numbers.

• The cost of orders placed by a customer using a ticket session can now be deducted from that customer's account. Enable the relevant option under Araçlar > Seçenekler > Oturum Ayarları > Sekme 2.

• Customers using ticket sessions can now buy a new ticket whenever they want and extend their session by entering the ticket number and password in the Client program.

• Members can now buy a ticket and load balance into their membership from the Client waiting screen. They do not need to already have balance in their account to use this operation.

• Members can now load money into their accounts with a ticket from the Client during an ongoing session. They only need to press Bilet Yükle under Client settings and enter the ticket number and password in the dialog.

• When deleting an added order either from the account-closing screen or from the lower order logs, an explanation note must now be entered.

This makes cash-control tracking safer, because these deletions and their explanations can be followed from the Activity log.

• The VERESİYE LİSTESİ button that was accessible from the account-closing screen can now also be reached from the lower tab menu.

• When setting the bonus lower limit in member bonus systems, the maximum number of price digits that can be entered was increased from 2 to 5.

Fixes Made in EveryCafe Manager Version 1.0.220

The problem where the Client waiting screen continuously refreshed and disappeared during sign-in was fixed.

For restricted cashiers, blocking the right-click Bakım > EveryCafeClient Kapat option from the main computer now takes effect when both Manager authority and free-table open/close permission are removed from cashier restrictions.

The “you do not have permission” warning shown to restricted cashiers even when tariff-change permission had been granted was fixed.
