Dear EveryCafe users, we continue working to improve our system infrastructure, user experience and daily operational processes. This update brings QR Menu infrastructure into the system, expands the reporting capabilities of the Members page, adds practical features such as cashier switching and default payment selection, and includes numerous improvements to stock management, the Client order screen, the right-click menu and the general interface.

✨ Added Features and Improvements

1-) QR Menu System

Register as a cafe owner in the EveryCafe Web Panel to create a QR Menu for your stock items. Products from Stock Tracking can be transferred to QR Menu, and you can generate QR codes for selected tables or for all tables. Customers scan the code, open the menu and place orders directly; created orders are automatically sent to the main computer.

2-) Default Payment Method Can Be Selected

To speed up payment operations, a default payment method can be selected under Araçlar > Seçenekler > Oturum Ayarları. You can set the default to Nakit or Kredi Kartı.

3-) Cashier Switching from Inside the Application

A new Kasiyer Değişimi tab was added. Cashiers can now be switched directly without signing out of the application, making shift changes faster and more practical.

4-) Table Status Report Added to the Members Page

New report tabs were added to the Members page. Masa Durumu shows how many times a member used each table and which table they prefer most. Mevcut Oturum Detayı shows all of the member's sessions in detail, including the table used, session start time and how many minutes the session remained open.

5-) Member Activity Table Renewed

The member activity table now shows actions in greater detail, including exact times for session start and end, orders, gift-time additions or removals, balance top-ups and bonus earnings.

6-) Export Button Added for Member Reports

Member reports can now be exported in XLSX, CSV, HTML and PDF formats, making them easier to archive, analyze and share.

7-) Members Page Improved Overall

The open member on the right is now selected by default, reducing unnecessary Üye seçin warnings. Newly added members are selected automatically so actions can begin immediately. Current-balance calculation was improved so Güncel Bakiye stays dynamically updated even while a member session is open. Column sorting was added across tabs and the summary boxes were reorganized for clearer use.

8-) Table Icon Can Show Remaining Balance or Remaining Minutes

Under Araçlar > Seçenekler > Oturum Ayarları > Üye Ayarları, you can choose whether member table icons show the member's remaining balance or remaining minutes.

9-) Member Balance Add / Remove Window Improved

Member balance operations were added to the right-click menu. When Üye Bakiye Ekle is selected on a table with a member session, that member is selected automatically. The previous restriction that prevented entering negative values directly in balance and minute fields was also removed.

10-) Right Panel and Log Panel Made Adjustable

The width of the right panel can now be adjusted by the user. The log panel height can be set row by row, including a single-row view. The last layout choice is remembered and restored after restarting the application.

11-) Hourly Tariff Enabled for Timed Sessions

The hourly tariff feature, previously effective only for open-ended sessions, now applies to both timed and open-ended sessions.

12-) Right-Click Menu Improved

New adjustments were made to the right-click menu to improve daily usability:

• Hediye Süre Ekle was enabled for member sessions and timed sessions.
• The Süreli Oturum Açma shortcut (Ctrl + N) was improved; it now also works while the table is off and can power on the computer.
• Üye Ödeme Ekle was added to the right-click menu.
• QR Menü Karekod was added to the right-click menu.

13-) Pause / Resume Enabled for Admin and Free Sessions

Pause and resume operations were enabled for Admin sessions and free sessions, providing more flexible control over these session types.

14-) Thermal Printer Setting Enabled

Product-level thermal-printer control was enabled. Only products whose thermal-printer setting is checked are sent to the thermal printer, allowing a more controlled printing workflow.

15-) Font Size Setting for Order and Ticket Printouts

The font size used on order and ticket printouts can now be adjusted to match the printer and paper width used by the business.

Order printout menu path: Araçlar > Seçenekler > Oturum Ayarları > Sipariş Ayarları. Use Yazı Boyutu to change order-slip text size.

16-) Product Sequence Number Added

Products in Stock Tracking can now receive a sequence number that determines their listing priority in Sipariş Ekle. Products are blank by default; assign numbers to items you want to prioritize. For example, sequence number 1 is listed before sequence number 2.

17-) Add Order Screen Renewed

The Sipariş Ekle screen was redesigned. Categories can be expanded or collapsed; new sorting options such as beginning-to-end, A-to-Z and low-to-high price were added; products can be shown in list or grid view; product names and prices are clearer; and adding an item that is not in the list now opens in a separate window from a button.

18-) Add Stock Page Renewed

The stock-add page was reorganized with a more modern and practical structure so product entry is easier.

19-) Product Names Improved on the Client Add Order Screen

Visual issues with product names on the Client order-entry screen were fixed. Products are no longer forced to display entirely in uppercase, and the name area was reorganized so text appears more consistently and centered.

🛠️ Adjustments, Fixes and Optimizations

Main Screen and General Usage Adjustments

• Evet is now the default option in warning dialogs.
• The add/remove-time window now closes automatically after the operation.
• The session start-time field was adjusted.
• The Vazgeç button on the checkout screen was reorganized.
• The report day-end setting was expanded to affect all reports.
• Session-resume confirmation checkboxes were adjusted.

Stock Tracking Adjustments

• Fixed the issue where saving or adding a new product returned the list to the first item.
• Products can now be sorted by clicking column headers.
• When adding a product from the Categories screen, the selected category now opens preselected.
• Barcode search behavior in the Add Order search bar was improved.

Report Record Adjustments

• Records related to active sessions can no longer be deleted.
• Logging was added for rows deleted from the Cash Movements report.
• The report day-end time setting was made effective across all report pages.
• The active cashier name is now written to report records.

Client-Side Adjustments

• Issues related to the shutdown warning were fixed.
