Dear EveryCafe users,

We continue working to make EveryCafe more secure, comprehensive and practical.

This update adds the cloud-backup infrastructure, improves QR Menu, performance monitoring and announcements, launches the EveryCafe Go! mobile application and introduces several features that simplify daily operations.

The main changes in this release are summarized below.

✨ Added Features and Improvements

1-) Cloud Backup System Added

A new Cloud Backup system has been added to EveryCafe Manager. You do not need to pay high fees to back up your data in the cloud. With your existing EveryCafe license, you can back up business data to your own cloud account under your control and use automatic backup. See the Cloud Backup guide.

2-) Send E-mails and Notifications to Members

The Announcements section added to EveryCafe Web Panel lets you send e-mails to members easily. Members using EveryCafe Go! can also receive mobile notifications for campaigns, announcements and important information. See the member communication guide.

3-) QR Menu System Improved

The EveryCafe QR Menu infrastructure has been expanded. Ordering through QR Menu now includes additional usage options such as secure online payment and package/takeaway ordering. See the QR Menu guide.

4-) Performance Monitoring Renewed

The existing performance-monitoring infrastructure has been comprehensively improved and moved to a separate management screen. Processor and hardware support has been expanded so computer performance and health can be monitored in greater detail. See the Performance Monitoring guide.

5-) Announcement System Renewed with HTML Support

The announcement system has been reorganized and expanded. In addition to standard text announcements, HTML announcements can now be prepared and several display options can be configured. See the Announcement Panel guide.

6-) EveryCafe Go! Mobile App Released

EveryCafe Go!, developed for your members, is now available. Members can view their balance, top up by credit card and start sessions directly by scanning QR codes at tables. See the EveryCafe Go! announcement.

7-) Add Order Screen Improved

The order-entry screen received usability and performance improvements. Quantity selection returned to Üyeye Satış and Direkt Satış, a new 8-item view was added and overall screen performance was improved.

8-) Right-Panel Icon Sizes Made Configurable

The icon sizes of the right-panel buttons on the main screen can now be adjusted by the user, allowing the panel to be adapted to different resolutions and preferences.

9-) Tariff System and Member Operations Improved

Several usability improvements were made to tariffs and member operations, including member workflows, tariff usage and general process flows.

10-) IP Log Storage Directory Made Selectable

The directory used to store IP-log records can now be selected by the user. Instead of a fixed folder, IP logs can be stored in the directory preferred by the business.

Alongside the new features, this release includes various bug fixes, performance improvements and interface adjustments across EveryCafe Manager and EveryCafe Client.
