New Features Added with Version 1.0.227

IMPORTANT NOTE: CLIENT APPLICATIONS WERE ALSO UPDATED TO VERSION 1.0.232.

UPDATING THE CLIENT APPLICATIONS ON CUSTOMER COMPUTERS TOGETHER WITH THE MANAGER APPLICATION ON THE MAIN COMPUTER IS IMPORTANT FOR ALL FUNCTIONS TO WORK CORRECTLY.

STEAM ACCOUNT SWITCHING

While Steam is open on a Client, users can switch to another available Steam account. Before switching, EveryCafe checks whether the selected account is already in use on another desk. The current account is signed out first and the new account is then opened.

The option HER HESAP DEĞİŞİMİNDE ÜCRET AL was added to Steam settings. The first Steam opening is charged as before. During a later account switch, if this option is active, the user is informed that the switch is chargeable and confirmation is requested.

If the user confirms, the account switch is performed. If the option is not active and the selected account is available, the switch occurs directly.

During account opening and switching, informational messages are displayed in the lower-right corner of the Client.

ORDER PERMISSION FOR TIMED DESKS

SÜRELİ MASALAR SİPARİŞ VEREBİLSİN was added to order settings, allowing operators to control whether timed sessions may place orders.

Note: the main MASALAR SİPARİŞ VEREBİLSİNLER option must also be active for ordering permission to work.

STOCK DEDUCTION FIX FOR CLIENT ORDERS

The issue that prevented orders placed from Clients from being deducted from stock was fixed. Client-created orders are now deducted automatically, improving stock tracking.

EXPORT BUTTON ADDED TO REPORTS

A DIŞA AKTAR button was added to Reports. All report data in the selected date range can be exported in .CSV format.

PREPAID TIMED-SESSION DATA FIX

A problem that caused data for prepaid timed sessions to be displayed incorrectly on the activation page was fixed. The relevant session data is now displayed correctly.

SEARCH BAR FOR THE STEAM ACCOUNT LIST

A search bar was added to the Steam account list so accounts can be found more quickly and easily.

STOCK PRODUCT IMAGE IMPROVEMENTS

Adding and replacing images for stock products was updated. Users can add product images without dealing with image-size or duplicate-file-name issues.

When an image is added, the application automatically converts it to 128×128. If an image with the same file name already exists, the file name is adjusted automatically to avoid a conflict.

Because of issues recorded with PNG in this historical release, only JPG images were accepted.

DELETE MEMBER BALANCE OPERATIONS IN REPORTS

The deletion restriction for member-balance operations on the Reports screen was removed. Report rows, including member operations, can be deleted with SEÇİLENİ SİL and TÜMÜNÜ SİL.

UNLIMITED TARIFF CREATION

The Tariffs section was updated. Users can right-click the tariff menu and choose YENİ TARİFE OLUŞTUR to create as many tariffs as required. Created tariffs can also be deleted from the right-click menu.

OPEN PAYMENT SCREEN WITH CLOSED DESKS INCLUDED

Payment handling for selected desks was updated. The payment screen can now be opened even when open and closed desks are selected together, removing the need to select the desks one by one.

CUSTOMER NUMBER SHOWN IN THE TOP INFORMATION AREA

The customer number is now displayed together with the other customer information in the application's top information area.

FIXES

MENU AND TAB ADJUSTMENTS

Some unused or inactive tabs were removed from the menu. The source lists CANLI DESTEK, TURNUVALAR, E-PİN YÖNETİMİ and KAFELERİM among the removed tabs.
