New Features Added with Version 1.0.228

IMPORTANT NOTE: CLIENT APPLICATIONS WERE ALSO UPDATED TO VERSION 1.0.233.

UPDATING THE CLIENT APPLICATIONS ON CUSTOMER COMPUTERS TOGETHER WITH THE MANAGER APPLICATION ON THE MAIN COMPUTER IS IMPORTANT FOR ALL FUNCTIONS TO WORK CORRECTLY.

CREATE AND SEND VOICE MESSAGES

Users can now send voice messages from EveryCafe to Client desks.

From Araçlar > Seçenekler > Sesli Mesaj Oluştur , users can record their own voice, edit created audio files and add them to the menu.

Created voice messages can be selected from the menu and sent to the desired Client desks. On the Client side, the message

plays in the background without opening a window, so a user playing a game is not interrupted visually but can hear the announcement through the headset. For detailed information and ready-made sample messages, see

HOURLY TARIFF / NIGHT TARIFF FEATURE

The EveryCafe tariff system was updated. Users can define different prices for

all days of the week and different time ranges , allowing different daytime, evening and night pricing. The system contains

5 price labels

that can be assigned to the desired time ranges. CHANGE THE CLIENT WAITING-SCREEN WALLPAPER The

waiting-screen wallpaper

displayed on Client desks can now be changed from EveryCafe Manager. Users can choose an image from the menu and update the Client waiting-screen background. STEAM ACCOUNT SCREEN IMPROVEMENTS A search bar was added to

STEAM HESAPLARIM

under

Araçlar > Seçenekler > STEAM BİLGİLERİM , allowing accounts to be found by account name or description. A confirmation step was also added to the right-click Sil action so accounts cannot be deleted without confirmation.

The fee-field limit for Steam accounts was increased from

SEARCH BAR ON THE STOCK TRACKING SCREEN A search bar was added to Araçlar > Seçenekler > STOK TAKİP

. Products in the stock list can now be found more quickly by product name .

NEW OPTIONS ON THE STOCK / PRODUCT DEFINITION SCREEN

Two new options were added to the stock/product add and edit screen.

1) CLIENT'LAR BU ÜRÜNÜ GÖRÜNTÜLEYEBİLİR
If this option is not enabled, the product is not displayed on the Client and cannot be ordered.

2) STOK EKSİYE DÜŞEBİLİR
If this option is not enabled, the product remains listed on the Client while its stock quantity is greater than 0 . When stock reaches
0 , it is no longer displayed on the Client and cannot be ordered. CLIENT PANEL BUTTON ADJUSTMENTS

Repeatedly pressing the

SİPARİŞ and STEAM AÇ buttons on the Client screen could cause the program to freeze. Repeated execution of these buttons was therefore blocked to improve Client stability. In addition, after

STEAM AÇ
starts a Steam account login, the button cannot be pressed again for

20 seconds . This prevents multiple login operations from starting at the same time. FIXES

tariff feature under  Araçlar > Seçenekler > TARİFELER was removed.

Users can create an unlimited number of tariffs by right-clicking in the tariff menu. Each tariff can contain detailed pricing by day and hour, making tariff management simpler and more flexible.

Limits for fee fields were increased.
