Dear EveryCafe users, we continue development work without interruption to make the EveryCafe infrastructure stronger, more flexible and more efficient. This update package introduced new capabilities across the system together with substantial interface improvements, reporting improvements and performance optimizations.

✨ Added Features and Updates

💳 Wired Beko X30 TR & Beko 300 TR POS Integration

Integration support for wired Beko X30 TR and Beko 300 TR POS devices was added to EveryCafe. For installation and configuration, see the Beko X30 TR guide and Beko 300 TR guide.

⚠️ Important Information

The historical release note stated that Beko-side system and service updates still needed to be completed before the integrations could be used actively. Once those updates were completed, the integrations were expected to operate normally.

🎤 Voice Message Sending Shortcut

Sesli Mesaj Gönder was added to the shortcut panel. First enable it under Araçlar → Seçenekler → Kısayol Butonları. The window lists saved voice messages on the left; double-click a message, select target tables on the right and send it to multiple tables quickly. Tables can be sorted by table name and status.

📂 Sharing Folder Creation Button

EveryCafe can automatically create a sharing folder with the defined name in the selected directory. The historical source states that Windows Parola Korumalı Paylaşım must be disabled for the created sharing folder to work correctly.

🖼️ Stock Image Size Selection

In previous versions, stock images were generated automatically at 128×128. The image size can now be selected by the user. After the choice is saved, newly uploaded stock images are generated at the selected resolution.

🎟️ Ticket Page Renewals

• The issue in the Bilet Sat window was fixed and its workflow improved.
• Ticket editing was added. Existing ticket number, label, price, duration, expiration date, password and similar core fields can be updated directly.
• Bilet Sat support was added to bulk-selection operations.

🔍 Log Panel Font-Size Setting

Scaling support was added to the log panel so its text can be enlarged or reduced. The same setting also affects text in the Orders and Technical Support Requests sections.

⚙️ Steam Settings Improvement

The general Steam path structure was reorganized so different applications and custom launchers can be run more flexibly.

🧾 Cash Movements Transaction-Type Filter

The Kasa Hareketleri report gained an İşlem Türü filter. Records can be filtered by categories such as computer income, PlayStation income, orders, cash operations, member operations, discounts, USB income and ticket sales.

📅 Quick Date Selection Improvement

The quick date selector available across report screens was expanded with Geçen Hafta and Geçen Ay options.

📊 Reporting Infrastructure Expanded

EveryCafe report screens were expanded so revenue, table and PlayStation performance can be analyzed in more detail. Revenue distributions, daily turnover changes and device-level performance can be followed for selected date ranges.

📈 Revenue Report (Percentage)

This report shows the total amounts of all revenue categories in the selected period and their percentage distribution within total revenue. Member, order, session, ticket and other revenue can be analyzed with graphs and detailed tables.

📅 Revenue Report (Time-Based)

This report shows daily total turnover for the selected date range and supports day-to-day comparisons. It also reports summary information such as total revenue, average daily revenue, the highest-revenue day and the lowest-revenue day.

🖥️ Table and PlayStation Report

This report contains two tabs: Gelir Özeti and Oturum Kayıtları.

Gelir Özeti: performance for all registered Client computers and PlayStation devices is shown for the selected period. Device-level fields include total revenue, session revenue, order revenue, USB revenue, print revenue, total usage duration, session count and percentage revenue share. The report also identifies the most profitable device, most popular device, longest-used device and device with the highest hourly revenue.

Oturum Kayıtları: detailed session records for selected tables or devices are listed for the selected date range. Fields include cashier, terminal, terminal type, tariff type, order, USB, usage amount, discount, total amount, payment method, start/end dates and usage duration.
