VERSION UPDATES
EveryCafe Manager 1.0.217 Release Notes
Manager: 1.0.217
EveryCafe Printer workflow
This historical release introduced a virtual printer named
EveryCafe Printer
on Client PCs. The source says the Manager computer should be updated first and Client PCs afterward, and that Client computers should not be shut down immediately after the Client update while the virtual printer was being installed.
The source instructed operators to allow the printer driver installation even if Windows did not recognize the driver, confirm that
EveryCafe Printer
- appeared under Devices and Printers, and then configure pricing and main-computer approval settings under
- ARAÇLAR > SEÇENEKLER > YAZICI AYARLARI
- .
- Print charging and approval
- Customers could choose copy count and color option in the EveryCafe Printer interface.
- The customer then saw the amount that would be charged according to the selected copy count and color mode.
After customer confirmation, the print request was sent to the main computer for staff approval.
- Staff could preview the document (1), change the printer (2) or change the color option (3) before approving the job.
- After
- ONAYLA YAZDIR
- , the output was printed and the charge was recorded on the customer account.
- Color and black-and-white output could be priced separately and routed to one or two printers.
- Historical source limitation:
the release note states that multiple copies of a single-page document were charged as one copy regardless of the selected copy count. To charge multiple single-page copies correctly in that version, the customer had to repeat the print operation for each copy.
Other changes
Account details became accessible from the account-closing screen through an activity button.
Deleted reports began to be listed in the activity tab.
Previously printed files could be viewed and printed again from print history.
Fix
An intermittent LoL Cafe integration issue where LoL Cafe did not close when the session ended was fixed.
