EveryCafe Announcement Panel Has Been Updated

With richer content options, HTML support and new window controls, you can now prepare announcements for your users much more freely.

More advanced and modern announcements

The EveryCafe Announcement Panel has been renewed to make the information you send to users more noticeable and easier to control.

Announcements are no longer limited to plain text. With HTML content support, you can use your own HTML announcements and create richer screens with images, custom formatting and headings.

HTML announcement support

Select HTML as the announcement type to move beyond standard text limitations. Your own HTML content can be used to create richer, more professional and more eye-catching announcement screens.

Comprehensive text editing tools

Editing options for text-based announcements have also been improved. Font, font size, formatting and alignment controls help you prepare messages that are easier to read and better organized.

Window settings

You can define the width and height of the announcement window and choose whether the title bar and close button are shown or hidden.

Closing settings

You can decide when an announcement may be closed, enable automatic closing and, if needed, show users a countdown for the remaining time.

Make sure important announcements are seen

You can prevent an announcement from being closed during its first 5 seconds, 10 seconds or another period you define. This keeps an important message on screen long enough instead of allowing it to be dismissed immediately.

Preview before sending

Use Preview to check how the announcement will look on the user's computer. You can make any required changes before saving it.
