For orders to be sent to the thermal printer and for an order ticket to be printed, open Araçlar → Seçenekler → Oturum Ayarları → Sipariş Ayarları.

Make sure Sipariş verilince termal yazıcıdan çıktı al is enabled and that the thermal printer settings have been completed.
