EveryCafe includes an emanet bırakma feature for recording items left with staff at a table. Follow the steps below to add entrusted items to tables.

Enable the Emanet Ekle shortcut

• Open Araçlar > Seçenekler.
• Go to Kısayol Butonları.
• Find the bell-icon option Emanet Ekle and activate it by moving it to the enabled side.

Define an item and assign it to a table

• Click the enabled Emanet Ekle shortcut to define the item types you want to use. Added items remain permanently available as reusable options in the system.

• Select the relevant table, click Emanet Ekle, and choose the item from the list.
• The log area records the assignment. The source example is “Masa-01’e Emanet eklendi. 1 Adet Şarj Aleti 2026-02-04 10:45”.
• If an item was added by mistake, double-click the table and remove the incorrectly added item from the Emanet section on the payment screen.

Session closing and return process

• When the table session closes, EveryCafe automatically shows a notice if there are entrusted items.
• After returning the item, right-click the table and mark Teslim edildi.
