How to Create and Authorize Cashier Users in EveryCafe

In EveryCafe, you can create separate cashier users for your staff and define individual permissions for each account. This lets you decide which areas and operations each cashier can access, helping you manage the system in a more controlled, secure and organized way.

Follow the steps below to create a new cashier in EveryCafe and configure the permissions you want that user to have.

1. Open the Cashiers Menu

In EveryCafe Manager, open Araçlar > Seçenekler, then go to the Kasiyerler section.

2. Create a New Cashier

On the Cashiers screen, click Yeni Kasiyer Oluştur. Enter the information for the cashier account you want to create.

After completing the required fields, press Kaydet to create the new cashier.

Choose the Cashier Permission Type

When creating a new cashier, the Yetkisi field provides two different options:

  • Süper Kasiyer
  • Kısıtlı Kasiyer

If you want to create a fully authorized cashier, choose Süper Kasiyer. A cashier created with this option initially has all permissions in the system.

You can still edit that cashier's permissions later from the Kasiyer Yetkileri section and restrict specific areas when needed.

For more controlled access, choose Kısıtlı Kasiyer. In this case the cashier is created with limited permissions, and you can manually define the permissions according to your needs. According to the source guide, a Restricted Cashier cannot access or view the top-menu sections Dosya, Araçlar, Yardım.

Whichever permission type you choose, the cashier's permissions can be updated later.

3. Select the Created Cashier and Edit Cashier Permissions

After saving, the newly created user appears in the list at the top of the screen. Select that user to continue with authorization.

After selecting the user, click Kasiyer Yetkileri. In this section you can define which tabs the cashier can see and which operations the cashier is allowed to perform.

These settings are important because the source guide states that cashier permission options are empty by default. In other words, the cashier receives only the permissions whose checkboxes you enable.

Select every operation you want the cashier to be able to perform and leave unwanted permissions unchecked.

For example, if the cashier should be allowed to delete reports, enable the relevant permission. If the cashier should not have that permission, leave the checkbox empty.

After completing all permission selections, press Kaydet. The settings are saved and, when that user signs in, the cashier can perform only the operations you authorized.

Conclusion

By creating cashier accounts and configuring their permissions in EveryCafe, you can define controlled and secure user accounts for your staff. This makes system management easier while ensuring that each user can perform only the operations appropriate to their responsibilities.
