This archived EveryCafe guide describes a Steam account management workflow for internet cafés. According to the source, café-owned Steam accounts could be offered to customers with either an hourly charge or a fixed charge.

The source also states that customers could send a request from their own desk for Steam to be opened, reducing the amount of manual desk-side work.

Configure Steam in EveryCafe

Open Araçlar > Seçenekler and go to Steam Bilgilerim. Enter the path to steam.exe and choose whether Steam usage should be charged hourly or at a fixed amount.

Add your Steam accounts

Open the second tab, Steam Hesaplarım, and add the details of the Steam accounts owned by the business.

Open Steam from the main desk

The source guide says staff can start Steam for a customer desk directly from the main EveryCafe screen.

Let customers send a request

Customers can also send a Steam-opening request from their own desk.
