If you are moving from another program to EveryCafe, the member data transfer can be handled through EveryCafe support.

Contact EveryCafe through the live support available in the management program or through the live support on the EveryCafe website. The transfer covers each member’s username and balance.

Member passwords are set to a default value during the transfer. Members can sign in from customer computers with their username and the default password, then change their password through EveryCafe Client.
