Create and Send Voice Messages with EveryCafe

Important Prerequisite

Before using this feature, you must create a Paylaşım Klasörü and enter its path under Araçlar > Seçenekler > Oturum Ayarları > Stok Ayarları.

The new Sesli Mesaj Oluştur panel in EveryCafe Manager lets you create your own voice announcements and send them to Client computers. Open it from Araçlar > Seçenekler.

What You Can Do in the Voice Message Creation Panel

  • Add an existing audio file from your computer.
  • Record your own voice message.
  • Name and edit an added or recorded audio file.
  • Play and stop the audio file.
  • Select an icon for each message.

The prepared audio file is automatically added to the sharing folder and becomes available for delivery to Client computers.

If Bu ses dosyası menüye eklensin is enabled while creating or editing the audio file, the message is added to the desk right-click menu and can be sent more quickly.

Voice Message Management

You can manage added audio files from the list. Right-clicking an audio item displays:

  • Düzenle
  • Menüye Ekle
  • Menüden Çıkar
  • Sil

This lets you update voice messages or add and remove them from the menu at any time.

Important Note

After changing voice-message menu items, close and reopen EveryCafe Manager so the changes appear in the menu shown when you right-click desks on the management screen.

Sending to Clients

Right-click any open desk and choose Sesli Mesaj Gönder. Previously created messages are listed in this menu. After selecting a message, two delivery choices are shown:

  • Seçili Olana Gönder: sends the voice message only to the desk you right-clicked.
  • Tüm Açık Masalara Gönder: sends the same voice message to all currently open desks.

As soon as you choose an option, the voice notification plays on the relevant Client computers and the message is delivered directly to the user.

  • Make general venue announcements with one click.
  • Send a warning to a specific desk.
  • Make professional announcements without staff having to visit desks one by one.

Supported Audio Formats

The voice-message feature supports MP3 and WAV. Some MP3 files may be incompatible; in that case, convert the file to WAV and try again.
